Old Mutual needed assistance to drive submissions for their Maverick 2.0 innovation campaign. To motivate employees to find their inner innovator we took them through our Design Thinking process. 

During the workshop, Old Mutual employees discovered how to collaborate, how to create human-centred solutions and how to innovate for people (and not just for innovation sake). The workshop resulted in more entries into the Maverick campaign.
